Thank you so much for posting this! I suffer from severe anxiety and sometimes sleeping is really tough (like tonight). I found that especially the "Belly Breathing" technique with some relaxing music helps very much. I was very anxious before listening and trying, but after I feel like I can finally sleep. So again.. THANK YOU and GREAT JOB! =)

That is funny because my spirit guide has been guiding me to breath deep and holding my arm on my hearth when I am lying on the bed. I have also done some tapping wich has helped with my vibrations. :)
