With the time it takes for Barbara to change and enter, the villains could be long gone. Plus, wouldn't anyone notice the mask hanging on the hook in the librarian's office?

Personally I think it's too bad some people inisist that comic books have to be dark and depressing and morbid and horible and not for kids. It's anti-intellectualism at it's worst. A show like this was great for adults, becuase they understood the pop art approach, and how it refferenced the old serials. It was great for kids cause it was fun.
It was bad for you because you just didn't get it.
