[41] New Super Mario Bros World Record 100% speed run in 2:26:20 (part 41 of 45)

This is the forty first segment of the World Record SDA run on New Super Mario Bros DS
This is what I said on Segment 41 of the run:

* Segment 41:

8-4: This one was pretty tough at times; the toughest part is clearing the touch screen section without any mistakes. I took the star to speed up the last part and getting past the last Scuttle Bugs.

8-Castle: This one wasn't bad, being Mini Luigi was useful in the first half of the stage; the only notable mistake was the small delay it took for me to pick up the Fire Flower. It was collected to make the next set of levels a bit easier and to get past the Spinys in 8-6. The delay was short enough that I barely finished the stage with a 434.

I also had to make sure that none of the World Map objects cross over the bridge when the bridge was revealed. I would lose at least 3 seconds of extra waiting.

Hammer Bros and Red ? Boxes, depending on the route they take, some delays are longer than others.

For example:

At 3:10 an object* could crossover the long bridge costing an extra 3-4 seconds.

*This is more likely to happen if there is one spawned on 8-Castle or 8-5.

How do you get the last star coin in the castle level?

Well, that's easy to realize, and that's likely the main challenge in the whole ordeal. And likely, more than one person won't be necessary most of the time anyways, as all unnecessary people can just bubble themselves (unless it's the rule that you can't do that)
