Based on his first comments on hygiene: if circumcision is decreasing and incidence of HIV, etc., is increasing then it appears that hygiene is decreasing again.

If more intact men get HIV from positive women than do altered men then shouldn't the reverse be true? If more intact women get HIV from positive men than to altered women...
