"HOTT-N-NASTY" - ALL JOHN REDAM (from the raw demos vault 1965-2010)

A good friend in the music industry found this old "dance club mix" demo of mine and made a rather interesting video of it. I hadn't listened to this in years...funny! It was written by me, with all instruments and vocals performed by me, originally recorded at a production studio in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1986! Those were the days of commercial funk/rock dance tunes, the reason for the style of this tune and why I altered my voice to fit these tunes. Cameo, Midnight Star, Lakeside, Parliament, George Clinton, etc., were all influences on me back then during my tours of the heavy dance venues around the country. This is just for fun, not to be taken too seriously at all! :-)
