Better than Vortex strips, wing lets, Eaglets or other marginal devices. The Hamilton/Nobias Oval Diskettes are proving 25% better performance and a 40% reduction in wing tip vortex drag. The Oval Diskette will work at any speed and will improve takeoff, clime , cruse, and approach of any aircraft and helicopter. HOW does it work?   • @oakleymac1 HI oakleymac1, missed your comment. Shape is significant and must have a shape that develops low pressure on top and high pressure on bottom and be laminar flow. A sheet would develop unacceptable drag and only develop lift greater that weight at very high wind speeds with little or no lift over drag at low wind speeds. At very height speeds any wind resistance will work that is why rockets have flat fins and a bullet will fly without wings. Proof is in the pudding, it works.

  • @007wingman LoL that is interesting just a question are the round plates shape significant in there shape or could you put a sheet straight over the wing. Also is the shape whitch is saucer like. more aerodynamicly efficient than conventional delta and staight wings.

  • @oakleymac1 Hi, change aviation for the better and safer. The Oval Diskettes do not effect the design performance of the aircraft but add 25% more lift and eliminate the spin event. Thanks for watching and can not edit the video . PS my wife said the same thing.

  • Hi, this a proof of product and not a edited video. The event is soft field short take off of the Oval Diskette assisted wing of a 5.5 pound aircraft flying with a 3 pound load of lead attached to the belly.at a Gross weight of 8.5 pounds.
