I was going to buy this until I saw the price. $1500?! I bought a muslin cloth 10' x 12', with one work light, and it works fine.

@a222m...I had seen someone order this before and they had a green light ring. When I looked through the camera, the person was totally engulfed in green and to top that off, their eyes too had turned green. The light that was emitted did not look as green as they show on here.

@a222m A 500 watt key light easily overpowers the wimpy 30w output of the ring - there is zero spill on the front unless you're shooting a dark (candlelit scene) and even then a spill suppressor found in any keying software cleans it up nicely.

The fact that you don't have any more color spills is great, but you might have other problems to deal with, as eliminating the blue/green-ish hue which is cast on the subject, because it is right in front of a ... umm... blue/green light source.

Shoot stock backgrounds yourself or google for "virtual sets"
