POLYGAMY IN ISLAM : MUSLIMAH PERSPECTIVE

A video dicussing polygyny in Islam and the reasons behind it. Also discussing ways to help Muslimahs with accepting the idea of polygyny and how to talk to their husbands or potential husbands about this subject.

We are not scholars this is just our viewpoint and inshallah(God willing) this video clears up some misconceptions. We should all strive to do everything fisabillah including our marriage. It's not for everybody but polygyny is a beautiful part of Islam.

I agree there are special cases that a man can have more than 1 wife but it is hard to treat them equally, would be a big stress for him at first. I don't beleve a man who rather marries another woman than adopt an orphan child would be worth marying at first Its primitive to insist your genes being carried when out there are so many children without parents, without childhood who desirve a good deed from you He marries another woman to have child the woman also to have child but where is love?

Mohamoud had more then four wives I think he had some where around 16 wives or there abouts, buuut that was okay for the prophet uhuh. I'm a christian and I'm not able to have children and my husband would never have another wife, not just because he loves me but because Jesus forbade a man to have more then one wife, He said if a man divores his wife other then for adultry, and remarries he is an aduterer. In most polygamus house holds there is alot of problems like jealousy, and disfuntion.
