Yes, but for United 93, not for American 77. Unfortunately Mineta's time line is off by over a half hour, which is why his testimony was not included in the report. Cheney did not know about AA77 until it was 15 miles out, an even then reports were sketchy, and the White House was evacuated. Later, when UA93's projected flight path had it heading for DC, Mineta overheard the conversation to shoot it down. It had already crashed

Absolutely not true. I still investigate things and research them from a plethora of different angles and sources before jumping to conclusions. Do I prefer alternative media over mainstream propaganda? Absofuckinglutely. But do I take every single thing that I hear from alternative sources as 110% truth without looking further into it? No. Although I understand that they are opposed to mainstream lies, so I'm more inclined to put more trust in them, yes. I go by the facts, son. Always.
