"Cold" - Atia/Titus - Rome.

*** READ THIS BEFORE WATCHING ***

This is my first video with Sony Vegas, so be nice! :( I'll get used to it eventually.

However, I might start thing by saying that this is, without a doubt, my favorite video I've ever done. I'm so proud of myself. Atia and Titus are my two favorite characters in Rome (and that's saying a lot!), and they're also my favorite pairing. I love how snarky she is and how incredibly adorable he can be. It's just too perfect. This video is based in the first few episodes of Rome, dealing mostly with Atia's borderline cruel treatment of her two children and her first meeting with Titus. They're both no doubt physically attracted to each other in the beginning, but soon deeper feelings begin to develop on both sides. She hides her relationship with Marc Antony from him, but how long with that last? Also, when she finds out that he left with Caesar and that most of Caesar's troops had been lost at sea, how does she react? Will she ever see him again?

None of this belongs to me! Not Rome, not Crossfade's "Cold," not Polly Walker, and not Ray Stevenson (woe is me!).

By the way! If someone with Vegas 6 could possibly tell me how to get rid of the two wonky lines on each side, I'd be in their debt.

And! (Ugh, I know) I was hoping that someone would give me a few ideas for songs to use or pairings for either Rome (I'm getting season 2 on Tuesday!) or Pirates of the Caribbean.

Sparks between Atia and Titus? Really? I never saw that, but thank you for giving me reason to watch the show again. I've already seen both seasons 3 times. :) I'm not a big fan of drama, but this story was superbly done. Wish there were more shows like this one.

Oh, I definitely saw it, but it was really subtle! The way they looked at each other, the way he tended to get flustered around her, and she was actually rather sweet to him when he was around. I've yet to see the second season (none of the stores have it around here!), but that's what I got from the first. :) Rome was definitely an example of what TV *should* be. I love it so, so very much.

Great idea for a video! I've long thought if we ever do get that Rome movie to end the show which Kevin McKidd hinted at in an interview that Atia and Titus would get together. You are right that they hinted at an attraction in that meeting early in on the show.

I haven't seen that interview, actually! I really should look into it. But, I've always caught the little sparks between Atia and Titus. Always! Ever since the very first time they met. This just reaffirms everything. :D Plus, it'd be interesting, considering Atia's always in things to get ahead.

I was very impressed by Polly Walker in this series. She did a fantastic job portraying a stone cold she-devil.

ROME HBO is one of the greatest shows I've seen. I love anything that is related to it.

Relating to those 'wonky lines', I believe it's from using a texture, yes? If you overlay an image, you have to make sure to uncheck 'maintain aspect ratio' by right clicking on the image in the timeline. :)

My son gave me the whole DVD set. I have watched it at least three times.

I love Rome.t But I would not like to have lived at that point in time. Hell no.
