Double xp is only for the referred account. For 1 week and max. to lvl 30 in every skill (not 99 ;) ) - so not that "usefull" for stupid botters..
"storing exp bonus" is only that +10% thingy for the account, that sent the email to a friend/to him- or herself - and max. 5 weeks/year.

@ollllli92 its more the point of that they arent doing anything to help the bot problem then the actual update, instead of doing something stupid like this to try and get more money they could be putting there time into fighting this bot problem.
