It was later on cut from the game, also with the children and schools since the 9/11 incident. The game is still in beta in this trailer.

So your saying in GTA 3 we were gonig to be able to kill kids??? that would've been awesome.. Though we kinda got SOMETHING like that in Bully..

But why didn't they put it back in later in later GTA games? Like San Andreas or GTA 4

Because of the 9/11 incident there's a law made something about it, in avoidance of this they decided not to put it on, instead they made Bully that interacts with kids ( a downgrade version of Grand Theft Auto more precisely )

i love this game still!, i unpurposly dont save the last mission so i can do it over and over again, i dont feel sorry for catalina though.
