This Neighbor Trey-(last name Protected for him}, thought he was clever when he placed my trash can in front of my garage door.
SO WHEN I WOULD OPEN THE MY GARAGE DOOR, THE CAN WOULD FLIP OVER, AND ALL THE TRASH WOULD POUR OUT ALL OVER THE DRIVEWAY.
HUM!, wHAT SHOULD i DO TO TEACH THIS EX COP NOT TO TREAT YOUR NEIGHBORS THIS WAY, WITH HIS PRANK DIRECTED TOWARDS MY CONDO FOR NO REASON AT ALL.
Ok, the ex cop (trey) left for a ride on his mortorcycle and came back 30 minutes and I guess someone pushed the lever on the garage door in tightly, so he could not open his garage door.
So I setup my camera in the bedroom window, and left the trash can where Trey placed my trash can in front of my garage door, so he wouldn't even suspect me as the culprit.
I went out my front door, and whent out to the street and waited for him to ride back to his condo, and watch the videoand see how funny it is.
What comes around, goes around, is my belief also.
I KNEW WHAT HE WOULD DO WHEN
HE GOT BACK FROM HIS BIKE RIDE.
FINALLY-MY CAMERA WAS AIMED AT THE COMPLEX DRIVEWAY, AND HIS GARAGE DOOR WAS IN MY CAMERAS VIEW, BUT PLACED AT THE RIGHT PLACE, AND AT THE RIGHT TIME.

put super glue in the ex pigs door lock of car or ignition of bike. and super glue inside of the padlock you put on his garage door and his condo front door so he can't get in! then do it when he does get in so he can't get out, lol. then as final warning pour petrol under door so he smells it when he wakes up all dizzy and stuff. then grab baseball bat and break legs and ask how far do you want to take this lil piglet?

@IMSaura He didn't have trouble pulling into the garage, he was using his bike to disturb his neighbors because he was angry that someone tampered with his garage. He had to mess with it to get it open.

I don't understand, you said you locked his garage door or hinge so it wouldn't open... but it did, obviously. Also, why did he act like he had trouble pulling into the garage?
