A tutorial on how to use your HUMIRA PEN. Warning, this shot feels like lava and fire entering your body, and you will want to pop a cats head off, or squeeze a jellyfish, and possibly even pee your pants, but after the 5-10 seconds of torture, you're psoriasis VIRTUALLY DISAPPEARS!!!! Don't be scared... I went to the dermatologist today and he said 0% of my body is covered in psoriasis. In one year on Humira I went from 25%-0% ...it makes everything worth while!!!

also it took about a month or two before I saw results booklynlulu!! and it is SIGNIFICANTLY better!! :)

I take the shot immediately after I take it out of fridge. but I've heard of people taking it out for half an hour or so before taking it so it doesn't burn so bad. But, I just like to get it over with, and it's only 5 second of pain, for 100% clearer skin!! :)

Just had my first FOUR shots of Humira -All at ones- the first 3 sucked on my leg my nurse was clueless I wasted one pen, then watched the videos on youTube got 2 more shots on my stomach Chelsea's video was the best. Way to go Chelsea you were funny right on (and also cute). Thank You!!! ;-)

@ChelseaManningham Actually compared to the needle injections, you can barely feel it, so all the people who are a little nervous, don't even worry. the person who made the video is a drama queen.

Honestly if you ice the crap out of the fat area where you shoot the pen you dont even feel the medicine or really any pain for that matter people dont do it just cause it takes an extra 30 seconds but it helps 1000% ive been taking humira for 4 years i have crohns disease lol
