I always felt that it was a no-brainer to be an organ donor. What does it cost a dead person? You can't take your organs with you.
A religious group compared it to cannibalism, and I do think that the body of the *receiver* has some issues to deal with, but who isn't willing to take those as they come in order to be made whole again?!
