That's not even Karai's X+A normal (not her charged attack either). It's nearly unavoidable unless you time your special uppercut attack right.

Karai's throw looks just like Shiva's from Streets of Rage! You can put a code in on Streets of Rage 3 to play as Shiva and he's broken all to hell as well. Even has an infinite combo punch attack you can do over and over again until the opponent is KOed. LOL.
