God, it has got to be nice riding around in a warm toasty cockpit getting payed the big bucks while some underpayed pvt is smelling his own ass at OP Afghanistan. I hope you guys never take your rank or positions for granted. Congrats and a very wise choice to all of you who graduated!

its always the lower ranks who get sent into harms way it seems and the poor people usually are the ones who get injured

I'm am so envious of those officers; they are so fortunate to have this opportunity, and the country is much better for their efforts; the USAF has always been there when needed, even when neglected. It's a pity the speaker (Sec Def Gates) won't let them have new aircraft or sufficient numbers in the current Jimmy Carter like gutting of the military. Give it 4 yrs and that will change. Thanx cadets.
BTW, I highly recommend any J. Witnesses escape that dangerous cult of white slavery.

Though I know this is an old debate, I couldn't help but state what needed to be said. Chrisnia, its okay, I believe you and there is no need to listen to someone's incredilous reply. You were smart not to continue the debate. Now as for me, I will reframe from saying anymore and replying to any other individual's insults/posts/etc. I have more important things in life to do then to sit and try to prove a pointless arguement.

Looks to me as if there are some people on here who are suffering fr/ an identity crisis or something of the like. Solo, for God's sakes and do us all a favor, be a grown up that you constantly keep stating that you are. Hey Solon, I went to the USAFA. Your right, we do not really jump for joy and hug Muslims and other non-Chistian minorities. We do not discriminate against them in public forums.
