T3 and Stuff

agreed. T3 ships are meant to be some of the most resilient subcapitals in the game. The Proteus with level IV subsystem skills and a heavy armor tank can hit a 79 to 82% omnitank.

dude its hard as hell to get not just to build. one of my old corp makes got a legion we had 2 bs and it took forever to break the armor when it was armored tanked. I have been in a wh and the frig's do hell of a damage and it doesnt matter what range.
