Sacramento Community Connections (SCC) Fundraiser / Mixer November 12th 2009. Once a quarter we choose an organization in the community to collaborate with and to help raise funds for. This quarter we have chosen "The Grace Foundation".

The Grace Foundation of Northern California is an equine rescue and rehabilitation facility located in El Dorado Hills, CA. We provide critical care and rehabilitation for abused and neglected horses and utilize our rescued horses for equine assisted learning and therapeutic programs for youth and children. Our purpose is to protect, care for, and heal these two important groups - children with special emotional and/or physical needs and abused and neglected animals.

SCC is a group of local business leaders who come together each week to share ideas, contacts and referrals. Working together, we build more successful businesses and support our community.
