Again as the video states do it according to how you feel. Rewatch it if you have to, but all teeth act differently so it doesn't matter how often I use it. You do not want to abuse of the product so use a box on a yearly basis.

my teeth are not yellow, but its not white..i want it as white as urs if its possible...if i buy and use a box...can they bee as white as urs? plzz answer..thanks..and awesome vid btw :)

It all depends on your teeth. All people react differently to different products .I can't guarantee results, I can only suggest things.
