From what I understand there is a conceptual error when the secretion pathway is shown. You use "Vesicular Transport" model showing that vesicles just bud off of a stable Golgi, whereas the conventional model is "Cisternal Maturation" model--cis sisternae degrade, and trans stack is formed.
