he kept saying that for me too but just bribe him to get your disposition up and he should give it to you but im stuck on the well one i dropped the ring on mistake and cant beat it now =(

when i talk to that prankster guy he keeps saying 'hmm, jeanne has you looking for him, hasn't she? Well, i dont think you are going to find him easilly. i think a... err... a spell backfired... yes, that's probably it.'
and he keeps saying that. how can i make him give me the quest?
