Having a little more knowledge about this group, it seems strange that they would have the attitude that they wanted to distanced themselves from this kind of music, which is, as has been said in the documentary 'more raunch or edge to it', but don't they know that rhythm n blues has energy to it. For example, listen to Bo Diddley's 'I'm High Again', it has a jaunty, driving, catchy beat. What's the difference, I wonder?
