i already have the pencil, do you think it would be a waste of moey to get the gel liner too? i really just love the packaging but i dont want to get it if its basically the same consistency as the pencil

No, I don't think it would be a waste. The consistencies are quite different. The Ink for Eyes can give you a much more defined line too, depending on what you use to apply it.

Hey .... Does this eyeliner smudge at all on the lid... Ughh it's so hard for me to find one that doesn't .. I use mac engraved but it seems like you sharpen more than you get to use the product

Hi! I haven't had this product smudge on me at all after it initially dries. I find myself using this eyeliner more than any other one that I own.

have you ever used this on your lower waterline?if so has it ever smeared or smudged ?

Yes, I have tried it on my lower waterline. It lasts longer than the 24/7 eye pencils, and doesn't smudge. It does start to wear off after several hours, but everything I've ever tried on my waterline does that. I use a matte black eyeshadow to set it, and that helps it last a little longer.
