Hey KingHuman,

I watch your videos all the time and want to say, you have some great ideas for making some extra cash.

Concerning daz3d etc. I am an independent modeler/texture artist that sells my products at both daz3d and renderosity under a different nick than what I use here.

A couple of things for your subscribers concerning both.

1. Yes you can still sell any renders you make using the models you purchase from these companies. You just can NOT re-sell the models themselves. You can create tubes using the artwork you create with the models as well.

2. Make sure your viewers understand that they can NOT use other peoples artwork to create the tubes, as that is considered copyright infringement, and the individual artists will go after them for it.The same applies to backgrounds, textures, poses. skins..etc.

3. They can also create texture files for the clothing, skin, etc that is used on the models, and sell them in the stores that each company has to generate some cash as well. If they know how to model and own the programs they use, they can sell models, clothing textures, skin textures.. etc.Just make sure they read each companies Terms of Service throughly before selling products in their stores.

I thought it was a great suggestion to have everyone contact daz themselves, as this will give them a copy of the permission granted, in case anything ever does come of it.

I've just watched ALL your $ vids and have my first ebay listing, clickbank affiliation, amazon kindle book (although I'm stuck cos Im in uk and it asks for us bank details) and put my 3 samples into istockphoto. All thanks to you Dave. Would u be willing to send a 3D asset disk to the UK? Probably not but Im interested lol cant hurt to ask.
