Hi There,
Batteries include the one that came with it, and the rest from ebay - up to 2400mah. I use standard transmitter and reciever that came with it but my friend uses a spectrum dx6i and matching spectrum reciever which works well.

Hi There,
I am flying in Australia on a 36 mhz channel using the remote that came with the cessna - Standard ST Model which works fine. My friend who is flying the other cessna uses a Spektrum DX6i which also works very nicely. We have bent many prop shafts and haven't been able to save one yet. You can try bending it back but I think it will probably snap. I'd say go back to the hobby store for a few spares and keep a couple in your kit along with some spare props.
Thanks for the view.

thanks for the help, can you buy new shafts for the motor or must you replace the motor entirely, if you could tell me where to buy a shaft i would really appreciate it - Thanks!

Yes you can just replace the shaft. You need to remove the foam cowling on the front by cutting the glue around the seam. You then have to unscrew the motor completely from the plane. There is a circlip on the back of the motor and 2 grub screws on the front - remove these and the shaft should pull out. I get shafts from my local RC store, so I haven't seen them online. We did make up a "collar" system using grub screws for the motor so that it can take M3bolts with the head cutoff instead

Yes it has the LED's, full 4 channel, steerable nose gear and overall a nice scale foamie. This was my first ever RC plane, and I found it a little quick to start with buy quickly got use to it, and now have a lot of fun with it. It glides really nicely, you just have to watch stalling the inside wing at low speeds. Does loops very comfortably (as can be seen in the video) and can do rolls, but because its above wing, it isn't great at them. I would say a great plane for a confident beginner.
