  • I've never made bread before and am interested in following this recipe What type of yeast are you using?

  • @RJones358 I'm using instant yeast, not quick rising.

  • can i use this bread to make pizza?

  • @GGGG761 You could if you like a light bready crust. But for a typical pizza crust check out our pizza video.

  • I enjoy your videos and love fresh homemade bread. Just wondering why you use vegetable oil, it's almost all made from genetically modified soy, I use olive oil, peanut oil, safflower oil and other healthy oils.

  • @motoclown I use olive oil as much as I can, some times it's just to expensive here.

  • Thank you, your video was really engaging. I'm so motivated to try kneading now. I just got a breadmaker cos I wanted homemade bread so bad, but didn't know how to do it. I swore to myself to move to a more natural process by next year. Amazingly, I came by your video & you said the same thing!

  • @raisa1821 I'm using instant yeast, not quick rising.

  • What kind of yeast you use?

  • @GGGG761 well you could but i wouldn't recommend it. This recipe is kinda on the sweet side. I'd recommend replacing honey with salt and but some oregano also for pizza. Like 2-3 good pinches of dried oregano per quarter kilo of flour and half a teaspoon of salt should do it.

  • It takes more than 3 cups of flour. 5 or closer to 6 is more accurate.
