New Health Care Changes for Medicare Patients

All American Households whose income is under 133% of poverty level will be switched to Medicaid. So the major portion of people currently on medicare will be swicthed to medicaid. This should occur in 2014. 1/3 of Medicaid dollars come from the states, straining the already red ink in state budgets to the breaking point. So I ask you, could the entire system have a meltdown?
