David Willetts MP, Shadow Minister for Universities and Skills, has rolled up his sleeves to get some hands-on experience with apprentices at the UKs largest independent plumbing firm, Pimlico Plumbers.

Former-apprentice turned entrepreneur, Charlie Mullins, managing director of Pimlico Plumbers, says he will take on 20 new apprentices tomorrow if support in the form of an incentive scheme were introduced for businesses.
