Bohemia does not belong to Germany, of course but millions of Germans lived there before the war and Bohemia was part of the Austrian Empire until 1918.
It was a very very germanized region.

Germany was the country "mit" piano ! As opposed to England, for instance, who was "Das Land ohne Klavier" !
