Its an epidemic in wrestling though, no selling of finishing moves, aggressively kicking out of opponents finishers, heels having to get all their crowd pleasing spots in, thats not what they are getting paid to do!! Their job is to get the face over! It is something that really needs to be addressed.
As much as I loved the Val Venis character, the sad reality of this video is that it's some has-been parked on the side of the highway spouting "truth, fact and logic" onto a cell phone video, while Jeff Hardy was main-eventing at the time, and is still main-eventing now.
Maybe he's pissed off about that horrible excuse for a public-speaking website he has getting ZERO business.
@10AdamsT It was TNA's fault. It was unethical of them letting an impaired performer (Which TNA obviously knew he was) go out there. Wrestling is dangerous enough while being sober. If you showed up to your job drunk or high, would your boss let you finish your shift? And in your opinion, was TNA at less fault for what they allowed then Top Rope Promotions letting Scott Hall "perform" in Fall River, MA last year? It wasn't TNA's responsibility to expose Jeff...They could have just axed him.
Lets not put this all on Jeff, yeah he fucked up. But TNA should of never sent him out to the match in the condition he was in. It's just as much TNA's fault is it is Jeff's
Val is absolutely right.
