@2xtrbo I don't think it's meant to help you learn how to control the board, but how to react with your body to prevent a fall.

Helps with balance - that may help with some elements of surfing but not with 'surfing skills'. Good for most surfers tho.

This is not a surf trainer as you say in your subject. This would harm your surfing as with this you are pushing on a cylinder to stop the motion and with a surf board if you pushed down in the direction the board is moving, you will fall off. This is the exact opposite of a surfing balance.

that and spin it sideways and bring it back forward are about the only tricks i know for it!
