If the Bible really were the Inspired Word of an Omniscient God, who loved us and wanted the best for us, you might expect that it would have sounded more like this.

  • Where do the people who follow that Bible congregate? I'd like to drop by for coffee and cookies.

It ain't Rome, it ain't Salt Lake City, and it sure as feces aint Westboro Baptist.

  • @BanjoMikeGregory Too funny!

  • Another good addition would be "Tide goes in, tide goes out, from the gravitational pull of the sun and moon and the spin of the earth." Take that, Bill O'Reilly.

  • @subesne LOL Good one! :)

  • @kidbrianmusic Guilty. And you're a Heretic to every form of religion except yours.

  • @kidbrianmusic You expect me, a layman physisist at best, to explain Hawkins' reasoning? Good one. Besides, I concluded there was no god about 38 years before Hawkins said this.

  • humans are more moral than God.

  • @Doubter5 Fungi is its own kingdom also lol. I think there are 7 kingdoms but im not sure, its been a while since taxonomy lessons haha

  • @Doubter5 Fungi are actually more closely related to animals than they are to plants, but all 3 are their own distinct group. Bacteria are in another group entirely.

    Great video by the way.

  • Now that's a god I could respect and believe in

  • @Doubter5

...Which was actually formulated by another Confucian - Mengzi. Again - long before the alleged Christ ;-)

  • @marsjacobvolta Hmph. I have always thought that Bacteria are animals, and fungi are plants! :) I guess I'll have to study it some more! Thanks!
