@Ls1Zed Well said. I own an E46 330i and it's a great car, but it isn't Honda reliable. Plus the M44 1.8 liter that E36 originally had is a boat anchor.

Get your facts straight before you run your mouth, theres a reason Hondas run till 300K with and oil change. BMWs are maintenance queens so they really did this car a favor.

@bestisbmw in the same way that i know all the german fans are going mad as well with the swap. and to be honest it makes me incredibly embarassed owning a bmw myself when there are people as stupid as you morons who don't even know on how awesome the s2000's engine is as compared to the original shitty m44.
