I like some diversity but on the whole I think the evidence against it not working well is pretty overwhelming. Japan has very little diversity and yet they manufacture great products the rest of the world loves. European countries, until recently, had some of the cleanest and most beautiful cities in the world. But look at what's going on there now ... . And look at how U.S. schools have gone into the toilet with the growing rap culture and crime that never ends. Sorry, we're way too different!
