Why is it that folks can move better on screen wearing a drop leg rig than I can in real life? I'm not moving near that much when wearing my drop leg rig & it's restrictive as wearing a brick on my thigh!

Do you know what frame rate and shutter speed this was filmed at? It looks very professional. I have a Canon Vixia HV30 and I would like to achieve this look. Is this 24p ? thanks

@BillHassel Hi! Our cameraman/editor from Dragon Phoenix Entertainment says:
"This was filmed on a Standard Definition Canon GL2, with a framerate of 30 and shutter speed of 60.
So basically, no settings were adjusted here. Just point and shoot. The saturation was decreased a little in post to give it a slightly 'film look', though not much effort was made to do so."
