Congratulations on your VitaMix. I hope you get as much fun and well being from yours as I get from mine.
I'm pretty casual with proportions when it comes to my green smoothies. The traditional blend is 60% fruit, 40% greens and that works well.
But I am always breaking that rule:)

Hi, thank you so much for your video. I just bought a Vitamix 5200c and I cannot even believe the difference from my old blender. I was afraid to spend the money on the blender, but it's a good investment in health. I was AMAZED at how creamy and smooth and GOOD the green smoothie I made was. My 6 y/o daughter LOVED it and so did my husband. In the video it looks like a lot more greens then fruit (like 30 fruit/70 green). Or is my math just bad! :/ Thank you for your input!

Definitely sub any fruit with another. That's the beauty of green smoothies, you can create your own blends.
Let me know what you come up with.
