I love how his sense of melody has grown. SP isn't really that brute force metal-influenced band anymore. They still rip it up, but the new songs are just a bit more musical and less primal. I like both equally for what it's worth. But, back to the melody, it sort of floats over the top without being disconnected. I really like that.

also why the hell are you clarifying if you are or are not a SP fan before stating your view, all it does is make your comment look like your bgging for credibility

Haha chubby Billy is classic Billy.
The power this man has to make heart stealing/breaking/tugging music is a beautiful thing that I have missed since Machina II. This song brought me back to that place. Wonderful

Might want to cut back on the cannolis though, Billy.

Fucking FINALLY. A good song from Teargarden. And a really damn good song. GREAT RIFFS. Reminds me of post rock songs today. Kind of like, Explosions in the Sky and a bit of soft stuff from Between the Buried and Me.
Shit I just got to the guitar solo. OH MY GOD. Also Billy's fat lol.

gained a little weight :)
I loved being proved wrong. Definitely buying this album.

Absolutely mesmerizing. Haven't been this hooked on a song in a long, long time. Let the naysayers have their gripes and moans, for me this just shows that the Mighty SP is alive, well and kicking a whole lotta ass!
