i don't remember games with such good graphics back in the 80s...apparantly arcade machines had better graphics cards than household systems. Is this considered 16 bit?

For those of you that are complaining about the music in the background obviously wasn't around yet during the 80's. Songs like 'Flock of Seagulls' is what you would hear playing in the background at the arcade place. To me the song gives that arcade hangout feel. MY MEMORY OF THE ARCADES :)

@jazzx251 -- GOOD POINT -- I remember it well. It was either some loud pizza joint with jukebox, or a 7-11 store with radio blaring, or the laundromat with elevator music... plus other games around with tons of noise and kids yelling :D Wish we had a video of that.

Adding some other music over the music of the game is very annoying. Though, good video. Thanks for uploading it.

AMAZING graphics for 1985.

Dude, you just ruined one of the sweetest songs ever in an arcade game. Space Harrier has the greatest music ever.

I love A Flock Of Seagulls. But I also love original game music. Please re-upload this and keep the song out. It messes everything up.

No way, Flock of Seagulls rule. Turn your volume down, and listen to the voices in your head like I sometimes do....cheers...
