It is then placed upon another conveyor that runs it through a machine that cuts the necessary dimentions, hinges, bores, drive-in, etc. then the final product is inspected, stacked and shipped.

When they are ready to be manufactured, they are loaded onto a line where an adhesive is applied for the wooden stiles, endrail, and lockblocks that are shortly thereafter laid into their proper location. Next the 2nd skin is flipped and locked into place creating a hollow door that is then loaded into a foam press, filling the product.
