@kobracommader It's only a half ton frame. With that much power that's a lot of stress on the frame. You've got to remember this truck wasn't made to do this kind of stuff. The Ford is an example of a properly built truck. He obviously built it right.

@78MNbronco No actually it's Chevy power and a poorly built truck that caused this. If you look the Chevy uses just u bolts to hold the rear end in place. With all that power a stock frame is not made to deal with that stress, if he had a 4 link it would have prevented his truck from getting torn apart.
