@nlytend1 its called upper cross syndrome. fun stuff. some people have it worse than otherers. and some people that think they are in good shape have it. and you probably lift weighs and have some muscle which can actualy make it worse. look up upper cross syndrome. quit hitting front delts...

@nlytend1 my back hurts too but I can barely do 3 reps :( I fell like crap because of my back - bad posture. Thanks for the video, dude I really hope that it works :)

ok thumb this up so people see it, you must also do stretches, leg stretches and arm. do them just as much as this, 3 to 4 times a week twice a day 30 to 60 seconds on each individual stretch.

My upper back and shoulders hurt like hell while doing this. I can't even get 8 reps let alone do all the exercises and I'm actually in pretty good shape. What's going on?

i have horrible posture also foward neck will this help me fix it?
