Some footage of a Staffordshire Police Bmw R 80 RT circa 1990, when they had a traffic department. From memory this would be an E registered model - mine was 'D' reg.

Have a good collection of the Lewis and Goldtops, so appreciate another man with good taste. What leathers were those?

The original leathers had the white stripe down the legs - I will have to find them , they are in the loft......Don't fit now.....

Would love to see those, wonder what make they were, can't recall seeing anything lik ethat but then us Southerners got leather on solos a lot later than you did

Proper leathers and boots, very nice

Boots used to be Lewis Letahers, but we went onto Goldtop.  Great with metal segs on the heels
