Presidential candidate Rick Santorum visits Red Arrow Diner in Manchester, NH. C-SPAN is partnering with Red Arrow Diner leading up to and following the NH primary.
Love the Red Arrow Diner, but Rick seems so totally out of place it's amazing. How has he spent his entire career as a politician and yet not been able to establish anything like "the common touch?" He seems like a struggling first term Congressman, not a candidate for President...
The diner owner and the guy at the bar with the gray sweatshirt had WAAAY more personality going on than Santorum. He DID give it some effort, but it's like he was waiting for the adulation to break out.
Seems like a nice guy, I would love for him to run a church. Not a country.

I kind of feel sorry for him. I don't want to be mean to anyone but I don't want him to be mean to people.

Seems like a very nice, down-to-earth guy. Very sharp on the majority of the issues also. Thumbs up!
