In this interview, Zoe talks about the style of food that is prepared and served at the Commoner, where it comes from and what 'Modern British' means for the food served.
Clearly very passionate about her job and her food. Top stuff. This content on the Commoner website really sets it apart from the rest. I'm pretty pumped to eat there, in fact! Nicely done.
