@helloladies123 Can you give me the file for this? I want to run this before I load a level to render an animation to be used for a skydome based upon the memory capabilities of my computer.

HI Everyone, I started big project a few weeks ago. I am making movie in Blender, I am recruiting a TEAM now. If you want to Join the team, just write me, Everyone can join how wants to work on my film and has some knowledge with Blender and will be able to work permanently on this Project

I haven't tried that myself, so I can't help you with it, but I'm sure on blenderartists you can ask for help with the script.
Suggestion I can make though: put the clouds on an empty layer, so you don't see it while editing the scene, only turn it on for rendering.
You can also try to make a skydome in your scene and put a pre-render of the sky on it. This should save on render times too.

Thanks ill check that out- i downloaded Cloud generator- it works but theres tonns of "billboards" with textures on them which slow my scene down.

ya its really slow because theres so many particles, if you want to speed it up you can either make the render window smaller, or just add less particles than i did in the video
