no its not amazing, and no its not that intimidating of a tee shot.....u have to understand that good players don't look at the water on a hole like this....it doesn;t even factor into their minds.....all they see is a target somewhere off in the distance and they hit to that....

well to me personally, as a golfer for only 4 years, a tee shot like that looks intimidating and amazing at the same time. And I was just only complimenting Ernie on how well of a shot he has hit.

i know, whenever they hit it it starts fucking miles right, even if its someone who hits a fade like colin montgomerie, it freaks me out coz i think theyve shanked it lol.

What you don't seem to undertand is that professionals of any level don't see this tee shot as super intimdating. there is a huge fairway out there and lots of room to bail right. Pretty easy tee shot for any who can play this game at a decently high level.

what???? there is a million miles to the right, so there is a huge bailout, and as long as he doesn't pull the shit out of it or hit a quick hook, then all he has to do is carry is 270 or so to clear the water.....not very hard for someone of Ernie's length

i know theres a million miles of bail out but he doesnt use it or even fade to it,he goes all or nothing and pulls it off, thats what makes the shot so fucking good.
