Well, all in all a bit boring version of this story, though still not the worst I have seen. It's interesting that like "The Two Faces of Dr. Jekyll" this is one of the few versions where Dr. Jekyll wears make-up and not Mr. Hyde. And as a side not it was somewhat fun to notice that the old gentleman that Hyde kills is played by Desmond Llewelyn, best known as Q from James Bond movies.

Thanks for having this on for I have wanted to see it for a long time. Have always loved the story of THE STRANGE CASE... Still I feel the best versions are 1920/31/41

@wincipoet Yep, this version I got on DVD through ebay (it can only be purchased from the UK, but all the sellers of it I saw shipped internationally) and the Andrews version I've seen floating around on ebay too, for about $10-$40 last I checked, and it's only available on VHS. I'm pretty sure they're both available on Amazon too, if you prefer shopping there, but ebay had better deals on these when I got them.
