This show is awesome. Very motivation for me because I've been trying to lose weight as well.

that week was really cool, I loved it. I never got the point of it though, lol. Just trying to shake things up I guess.

Despite Heba, Ed, Brady, and Vicky, season 6 was pretty good. I loved how it turned out.
