Left over food is not the same as 'stale food.' Don't bash these women. It is not laziness if breads or doughs are kept frozen. Any type of Breads can be frozen for a long time. U can freeze just about anything. There are so many frozen foods. Birds Eye sell a lot of frozen foods. Food poisoning can be from any bad food.




Ktrini, keep an open mind & don't be afraid to try something new. Nothing is written stone. But I'm telling you from experience. Even cheese & milk can be frozen.

The problem is that you must refrigerate as soon as possible else bacteria will set in. Especially in a Hot country food goes badly quickly. Dahl can be refrigerated for a couple of days. Why not put some in the freezer itself and keep the rest in the back of the refrigerator & use within a few days then this would limit bacterial growth. Its a recession can't afford to throw food away. Dahl is made in my household every week & I don't have any problem. These women gives good advice.

try buying a good company's fridge. u may be having a subpar fridge.
